Terms and Conditions

1) Age Group: Juniors 8 to 16 years and seniors 17 and above.

2) The entry fee is Rs.300 for juniors and Rs.500 for seniors.

3) The applicant must be a Himachali domicile.

4) The expenses (travel and stay) of the elimination round will be borne by the participant.

5) Selection for Himachal Ki Awaz Grand Finale will be done on the basis of performance.

6) The result of the Audition/Local Chapter will be declared in Divya Himachal.

7) The decision of the judges is final in all matters.

8) The applicant must agree to abide by all the rules and regulations as amended from time to time by the Organizers.

9) Organizers will not be responsible if the sponsors do not give good prizes as promised.

10) The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or bodily injury caused to the applicant; he will participate at his own risk and will not have any claim against Divya Himachal Media Group.

11) False information will result in disqualification, whether discovered before, during or after participation.

12) The schedule of the event is subject to change and determination by the organizer.

13) In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding on the Applicant.

14) Dharamshala court has exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes.
